Julie & Julia

I cannot believe it has taken me so long to watch this movie.  This movie is the essence of me! haha Yes, I just said that.

I love to cook. And more importantly, I love to eat delicious food. And even more importantly, I have someone to cook for!  I’d just like to quote my boyfriend, Adam, for a moment: ‘Lauren cooks everything that most people buy in a box or can, pre-made.’  It’s true, my specialties include a killer Mac N Cheese and homemade Chicken Noodle Soup.  They say the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach, right?  ;)

Every week, I search the web for something new and exciting to cook for our Tuesday night dates. I usually have one ingredient in mind and thanks to Epicurious we eat quite well!

Oh and Julie & Julia is my new favorite movie.
